Message from the President

It is my great honor to welcome you on behalf of Junkiri Nepal, a beacon of hope dedicated to empowering underprivileged children and marginalized communities across Nepal's remote regions. Just as a junkiri (firefly) illuminates the darkness, our mission is to bring hope, opportunity, education, healthcare, and dignity to those who need it most.

Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I have been privileged to serve in national-level social leadership roles. From 2016 to 2018, I was elected Joint Secretary of the NGO Federation of Nepal, Kathmandu Branch, and from 2019 to 2021, I served as an Executive Member of the NGO Federation of Nepal. These responsibilities, entrusted to me by NGOs across the country, allowed me to contribute to strengthening Nepal's civil society through collaboration, accountability, empowerment, and sustainable development. These experiences continue to shape my vision for Junkiri Nepal as an organization built on integrity, compassion, transparency, and long-term social impact.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Outshine Adventure, I firmly believe that businesses have a responsibility to give back to society. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment, 10% of the company's earnings are dedicated to supporting the social initiatives of Junkiri Nepal. This commitment reflects our belief that sustainable tourism should create positive and lasting benefits for local communities, ensuring that every journey contributes to a better future for the children and families we serve.

I warmly invite travelers, donors, volunteers, social workers, corporate partners, and organizations from Nepal and around the world to join us in this meaningful mission.
